Data we use
To operate the website and master account, NoxVaris may process a login or display name, e-mail address, IP address, dates and times of actions, session and cookie identifiers, security-event information and, once game integration is enabled, identifiers of game accounts and characters.
When payments are enabled, the project may store an order identifier, payment provider, amount, currency, date and transaction status, plus data required to match the payment with a master account.
Data not stored by NoxVaris
NoxVaris is not designed to store full bank-card numbers, CVV/CVC or 3-D Secure authentication data. Such information is processed by the relevant payment provider.
We do not ask for passport details, residential addresses or other information that is not needed for the service unless a specific function clearly requires it.
Why data is used
Data is used for registration and login, account security, access recovery, personal-cabinet functions, abuse prevention, diagnostics, communication and execution of user-initiated operations.
Third-party services
Some data may be shared with infrastructure, mail, security and payment providers to the extent required for a specific function. Such providers may operate in different jurisdictions.
Retention and security
Data is kept for as long as reasonably required for account operation, security, transaction history, dispute handling and technical integrity.
User requests
Privacy questions may be sent through official support channels or to privacy@noxvaris.com. Sensitive requests may require account-ownership verification.
