Payment providers
Payments for optional digital services may be processed by independent payment providers. Available methods depend on country, currency, provider and technical availability.
NoxVaris receives the technical result of a transaction and does not require users to submit bank-card credentials directly to the project.
Master Balance / NV
After a successful payment is confirmed, the corresponding amount of internal units is credited to the user’s Master Balance under the selected offer.
Internal units are usable only inside NoxVaris, are not withdrawable and have no guaranteed value outside the project.
Transfer to a character
A transfer from Master Balance to a selected game character may be irreversible. Users must verify the server, account, character and amount before confirmation.
Refunds
A refund request may be reviewed for duplicate charges, confirmed technical errors, non-crediting after a successfully confirmed payment, or where required by provider rules or mandatory applicable rules.
Internal units already used inside the service or irreversibly transferred to a game character are generally not refundable unless the circumstances of the specific transaction require otherwise.
Chargebacks and abuse
Unjustified chargebacks, use of another person’s payment method or attempts to retain both the service and a refund may result in temporary account restriction while the matter is reviewed.
