Fair play
Interference with the client or server to gain an unfair advantage, exploitation of vulnerabilities, prohibited gameplay automation and circumvention of game restrictions are not allowed.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for account security. Unauthorized access attempts, phishing, malicious files and staff impersonation are prohibited.
Game economy
Fraud, economy-bug exploitation, item duplication and other actions that can damage server balance are prohibited. Additional trading and RMT rules may be published for a specific world.
Communication
Threats, mass spam, publication of another person’s confidential data, staff impersonation and intentional disruption of support are prohibited.
Administration actions
The administration may use game logs and technical events to investigate violations. Measures may include warnings, temporary restrictions, removal of incorrectly obtained value or bans.
